Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us via phone, email, or WhatsApp with your order number. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

As dhoop tikki is a consumable product, we only accept returns in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds for prepaid (online) orders are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds (where applicable, e.g. courier return) are processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, or where the product has already been opened/used, except in case of manufacturing defects.
